To get a marriage license for your wedding at Hawaii, both the parties should present themselves in person at the office of the Hawaii State Department of Health. A photo ID should be submitted and the marriage license fee of around USD 60 must be paid. There is no waiting period and the license is valid for 30 days. The marriage license is valid only in the state of Hawaii .
